The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills, excel at time management, and exceptional written/verbal communication skills are a must.
Duties include answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers with scheduling service appointments, maintaining customer database, daily customer contact, scheduling and dispatching service techs daily work, all other general office duties and above all providing exceptional customer service.
Must be dependable, have excellent attendance and effective at multi-tasking.
Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
